Assignment description

We are looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master to join a team working with driver-vehicle interaction in a design-focused environment. You will collaborate closely with teams in industrial design, ergonomics, prototyping, and design quality, all with a shared goal of creating an outstanding driver experience.

In this role, you will act as a Scrum Master within HMI development, enabling effective agile ways of working in cross-functional teams developing digiphysical solutions. These solutions combine digital interfaces with physical vehicle systems.

You will support the team throughout development, scaling, and implementation phases. As a servant leader and coach, you will foster collaboration, flow, and continuous improvement, while balancing agile principles with the demands of industrial product development, quality, and safety.

The role includes facilitating agile ceremonies, creating structure, and coordinating cross-functional work within the R&D organization. As the organization is undergoing an agile transformation, you will also contribute to shaping ways of working, including the ongoing adoption of the SAFe framework.

Experience from scaling and implementation phases in digiphysical development is important, particularly in supporting teams as solutions move from development into industrialization.

Qualifications:

• You have a University degree within M.Sc technical design or similar.
• You have experience as a Scrum Master in complex product development environments.
• You have solid experience from HMI and/or digiphysical development, where software, hardware, and vehicle systems interact.
• You have proven experience from scaling and implementation phases, transitioning from development into implementation and industrialization.
• You have experience working in cross‑functional teams within R&D, including software, UX, systems, and validation.
• You are fluent in English & Swedish.

You are a clear communicator and facilitator, with the ability to create structure and alignment in complex and sometimes unclear contexts. You remain calm and resilient under pressure, helping to build stability, trust, and focus even in uncertain or high-pressure situations.

You act as a servant leader and are comfortable navigating change, supporting teams through uncertainty, shifting priorities, and ongoing transformation without relying on formal authority.
