Assignment description

We are looking for an IoT Platform Manager to lead the development and evolution of a global IoT platform. The role involves managing cross-functional development teams responsible for backend services, data pipelines, connectivity, and integration layers.

You will work with delivery planning, daily operations, and continuous improvement of the platform, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-availability solutions. The role also includes driving engineering best practices within agile development, CI/CD, cloud deployment, and system design.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align platform development with business and product goals, while supporting team development and establishing an efficient delivery organization. A key part of the role is to improve platform performance, reliability, and developer experience through continuous optimization and follow-up of relevant KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in managing software development teams working on IoT platforms, real-time systems, or cloud-native applications, including delivery planning.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, production-grade platforms with a focus on performance, security, and availability. 
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset. 
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern deployment pipelines. 
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
