Assignment description

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support high-performing, self-organising teams within a complex Sales & Marketing environment. The role focuses on enabling predictable delivery, strengthening agile ways of working, and driving continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders.

In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies with a clear focus on outcomes, sprint goals, and decision-making. You will ensure transparency through relevant agile artefacts and proactively manage risks, impediments, and dependencies impacting delivery.

You will work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to support backlog refinement, prioritisation, and planning, ensuring that work is clearly defined and aligned with business priorities. A key part of the role is to create strong collaboration between teams and stakeholders while safeguarding sustainable and predictable delivery.

You will also coach teams in agile maturity, self-leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Beyond formal ceremonies, you will actively support team development, foster psychological safety, and help address team dynamics that affect performance and delivery capability.

The role requires strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate delivery status, risks, trends, and dependencies, while supporting cross-team collaboration and organisational alignment.
