Assignment description

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP EAM Functional Expert to strengthen a team supporting ongoing and upcoming S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will work with SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM) within S/4HANA, contributing to both implementation and transformation activities, including migration from ECC to S/4HANA. You will translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and collaborate closely with technical teams to design effective and scalable solutions.

You will work with maintenance processes, master data, and integrations, performing fit-gap analyses and recommending best practices aligned with S/4HANA capabilities. The role also includes configuring SAP PM modules to meet business requirements and supporting custom solution implementations where needed.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, super users, and IT teams to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure smooth integration and delivery throughout the project lifecycle. This includes supporting blueprinting, testing, training, documentation, and go-live activities.

 Qualifications:

• You have strong understanding of SAP PM processes with at least 10 years of experience in implementation or support roles
• You have proven experience in S/4HANA implementations & migrations.
• You have solid understanding and practical experience with SAP Fiori applications.
• You have process understanding of standard processes in SAP PM & S/4 HANA
• You are able to communicate between business and other functional consultants
• You have strong knowledge of integration flows to and from SAP systems.
• You have proficient in writing blueprints, understanding requirements
• You are fluent in Swedish & English (speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively communicate with stakeholders in multinational environments
• You have strong knowledge of integrating SAP PM with other SAP modules like , MM (Materials Management)

Nice-to-have:

• Basic knowledge of ABAP programming for troubleshooting and understanding custom code related to SAP PM. (As there are big custom developments)
• Experience working with Microsoft DevOps in SAP projects is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working in agile teams, following Scrum methodologies.
• Used to collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, and test teams in cross-functional setups.
