Assignment Description
We are seeking a practically oriented IT technician profile for an assignment where direct user support is required, with calm and professional communication throughout the work. The consultant will contribute to a planned IT rollout and handle user-facing support, troubleshooting, testing, physical installation, device management and technical preparation.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Understanding of network-related dependencies, printer drivers, print server setup and user access rights
- Experience working in Windows-based environments, including Microsoft 365, AD or Azure AD-like configurations
- Practical experience supporting technical deployments, including device administration and direct end-user support
- Experience working with printers, multifunction printers or comparable hardware deployment activities
- Ability to follow a coordinated rollout setup in a structured manner, using checklists while performing installation, preparation, testing and troubleshooting tasks
- Experience from IT support, onsite support or service desk functions
It is considered advantageous if you have a background as a computer science graduate, IT supporter, infrastructure/support consultant or similar. It is also advantageous if you have experience working in environments where operational stability and minimal user disruption are important.

Location requirement: On-site in Sønderjylland
