Assignment Description
We are seeking a Professional Services Consultant to support complex enterprise MarTech implementations, with strong expertise in customer data platforms, journey orchestration, campaign and content management, and data ingestion. The role includes working with platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Campaign, while applying an outcome-focused approach, responsiveness, integrity, and customer focus.
You will contribute to architecture, delivery, testing, issue resolution, and stakeholder collaboration, while clarifying business requirements, improving solution performance, and supporting third-party integrations. The assignment also involves translating marketing needs into data models, segmentation, content strategies, and personalization use cases, supported by strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
The role requires effective collaboration, clear presentation skills, and strong written and verbal communication. You are also expected to use AI-enabled tools for solution design, documentation, and client deliverables, and to have a genuine interest in new technologies and working methods, including developments in digital marketing technology.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to quickly become productive in new platforms and tools, including AI-supported development and productivity tools, and use them as part of regular consulting work.
- At least five years of experience from IT consulting or implementation assignments involving enterprise SaaS or MarTech solutions, for example customer data platforms, marketing automation, content management systems, or data ingestion platforms. This includes work with defining requirements, architecture, solution design, and delivery.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to half of the time.
- Understanding of enterprise MarTech solutions, including customer data platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, Treasure Data, or Tealium; marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze; or content management platforms such as AEM, Contentful, or Sitecore.
- Marketing knowledge from at least one of the following sectors: banking or financial services, telecommunications, airlines, hospitality, or consumer commerce, together with the ability to translate marketing-related business objectives into technical implementation.
It is considered advantageous if you have experience with data ingestion pipelines, event streaming technologies such as Kafka or Kinesis, ETL/ELT tools, tag management and data collection layers such as Launch, Tealium iQ, or Google Tag Manager. Experience with AI coding assistants, prompt engineering, LLM-driven workflow automation, or scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python for data transformation, querying, API integrations, or workflow automation is also beneficial.
