Assignment Description

We are seeking a seasoned Embedded Systems Developer for an assignment in an agile platform environment, where collaboration with development teams, Product Owners, projects, and other stakeholders is a central part of the work. Prioritization is handled by the Product Owner, while the developer contributes hands-on to feature development, requirement refinement, solution work, technical innovation, platform evolution, and the adoption of new technologies.

The assignment involves working with Android-related technologies and parts of Google’s ecosystem, with a focus on understanding new capabilities, assessing their relevance, and helping bring them into practical use. This includes supporting integration into both the platform and customer projects, while connecting emerging technologies to automotive applications in a way that enables scalable, long-term solutions and maintains alignment with Google Automotive Services requirements.

The role suits someone with strong embedded software competence, solid Android-related technical knowledge, practical judgement, a forward-looking approach, and the ability to move work forward when requirements or direction are not fully defined.
