Assignment Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support laboratory automation initiatives in a regulated life sciences R&D environment. The assignment focuses on strengthening governance and improving delivery through standardized ways of working, governance materials, steering and gate documentation, and other strategic enablers.

You will evaluate strategic initiatives, gather stakeholder input, review existing PPM governance and reporting practices, and support implementation efforts. Responsibilities include preparing decision-support materials, supporting PPM tool adoption, and driving implementation through onboarding, training, playbooks, office hours, and continuous improvement. The role includes supporting program activities and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to coordinate automation-related initiatives, including interaction with R&D laboratory representatives and technical leads.

Required Qualifications:

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience delivering outputs that support PMO enablement, including work with governance structures and frameworks and the preparation of materials for steering and gate processes.
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and well-structured material, as well as the ability to convert governance needs into reusable and clearly defined artifacts.
  • At least two years of practical PMO experience, including work with recognizing and carrying out strategic initiatives, combined with demonstrated capability in change management.

It is considered an advantage if you have experience from automation, R&D, engineering operations, regulated or corporate environments, or comparable technical settings.

Work arrangement: Hybrid, with on-site presence in the Greater Copenhagen area.
