Assignment description

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Business Analyst to support a strategic transformation and performance management program. The role focuses on providing data-driven insights, performance tracking and analytical support to enable informed decision-making and ensure successful program execution.

You will work closely with program leadership, HR and Finance Controlling to establish transparent reporting, define and monitor key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights on program progress and outcomes. The role involves collecting, analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources, identifying trends and improvement opportunities, and translating findings into meaningful recommendations for stakeholders.

The assignment requires strong collaboration across business functions and includes developing reporting structures, supporting target tracking and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen program performance and delivery.

Qualifications:

Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Analytics, Financial Analysis, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting solutions.
  • Strong experience analyzing financial and operational performance data.
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience supporting senior management and executive stakeholders with analytical decision support.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience working with financial reporting and controlling processes.
  • Familiarity with HR/People analytics is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data extraction/querying techniques is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex business environments and stakeholder needs.
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional organizations is advantageous.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken 

Nice To Have:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Certifications in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Project/Program Management.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation programs or strategic initiatives.
  • Experience integrating HR/People data with Financial data for workforce and cost analysis.
  • Experience within industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or global enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of program portfolio management and benefits realization tracking.

You are highly analytical with a strong ability to solve problems and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and are confident presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

With a structured, detail-oriented and quality-focused approach, you work proactively and independently while maintaining strong collaboration across cross-functional teams. You are comfortable challenging assumptions in a constructive manner and driving fact-based discussions that support informed decision-making.
