Assignment description

We are looking for a Business Developer to join a newly established Business Development & Strategy function.

The role will support the development of the functional strategy while driving strategic finance initiatives, business development and governance across the organization.

You will work closely with senior leadership, management and cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to the future way of working for a new R&D organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of the functional strategy for BID.
• Drive strategic finance initiatives within R&D.
• Manage the R&D management system.
• Support the yearly financial planning process, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive prioritization together with Commercial stakeholders for the Brand portfolio.
• Follow up on strategic initiatives and business priorities.
• Establish and develop collaboration interfaces between BID, Group R&D, and Group Finance.
• Contribute with Data and AI-related capabilities where applicable.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, Economics
• Approximately 5 years of experience within leadership, project management, finance, or similar roles within R&D or one of the cross functions.
• Experience driving strategic initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
