Assignment Description

We are seeking several senior Test Managers for a technology initiative scheduled to commence on 1 January 2027. The application deadline for this assignment is 1 September at 23:59. The assignment will be performed fully remotely from Europe, with English as the working language.

The work involves independently managing and assuring the quality of application testing across multiple systems and suppliers. The focus is on coordination, governance and status reporting rather than the daily execution of test cases.

Responsibilities include defining the test strategy, planning and governing supplier activities, and managing acceptance, user acceptance and integration testing. The role also covers reviewing and approving supplier documentation, managing and escalating defects, maintaining traceability between requirements, test cases and results, and coordinating test data and environments. Performance, load, accessibility and operational robustness testing must also be overseen for major releases.

Qualifications:

• A strong professional background in leading and managing complex application testing involving several suppliers.
• Previous work in public-sector technology environments or other comparably regulated settings is advantageous.
