Assignment description

In this assignment as a DevOps, you are responsible for bringing together people, processes, and technology to enable the continuous delivery of value to customers. You unify development and IT operations, creating collaboration between previously separate disciplines. DevOps encompasses key practices such as planning and tracking, development, building and testing, delivery, as well as monitoring and operation.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for and implement security best practices within ALM platforms and tooling
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration for optimal security solutions
• Develop, document, and standardise secure infrastructure and software protocols
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in relevant technologies
• Coach and guide the team and work with our Product Owners to prioritise backlogs
• Identify improvement needs in internal working methods and tools and evaluate new ones for effective IT development
• Operationally support business development teams using development platforms and CI/CD pipelines
• On-board and train new users and offer support with customisation and configuration of existing tools

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of relevant work experience, ideally focusing on ALM
• Academic degree in system development or equivalent
• Previous experience in coaching and leading technical teams
• Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft products like TFS, AzureDevOps, AWS Azure or similar
• Good understanding of DevOps principles and a lean-agile mindset
• Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
• Exemplary attention to detail
• Ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as independently
• A proactive attitude and resilience to tackle complex challenges
• Technical Skills: Azure DevOps, CI-CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud and Sonartype lifecycle
