Assignment description

For this assignment you will work in a dynamic environment where innovation and customer solutions is part of their DNA. As a Service & UX Designer you will play a central role in taking their Customer Experience to a new level within the B2B Solution Area with a strong focus on end to end customer experience based on innovative technologies and architecture. You will be part of a dedicated cross-functional agile team and may also drive smaller assignments

You will have a wide scope of responsibility and freedom, and you will have the opportunity to test out new concepts in order to deliver what brings most value to their customers. You will be working close with IT-colleagues, Business Product Owner, Business experts, Customers and be part of a cross-functional agile team

Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery meetings and workshops together with Product Owners, developers internal and external stakeholder to fully understand business processes, requirements, resources, customer journeys and customer needs
  • Research workflows, features and technologies together with business experts and software developers to design service blueprint development
  • Create responsive wireframes, interactive prototypes and flows to communicate and test solutions
  • Maintain project documentation including personas, user stories and flows
  • Make presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with software development teams to clarify specifications
  • Promote Customer Centric ways of working
  • Validate designs through usability testing and make suggestions for improvement

Skills:

  • Degree in design plus at least 5 -6 years of experience as an Service Designer
  • Experience of UX Design
  • Excellent knowledge of wireframing programs, rapid prototyping tool and portfolio including samples of work outlining business needs and proposed solutions
  • A deep interest in driving value-creating CX
  • Excellent communication skills – able to relate to stakeholder groups including clients, developers and executive management
  • Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English
  • More than 3 years of experience in Agile frameworks
