Assignment description

We are looking for a Senior Interaction Designer for an assignment within the automotive industry, with focus on HMI and ADAS-related user experiences.

The team works according to Lean Agile principles, and as a senior consultant you are expected to work independently, drive your assignments forward and navigate effectively within given constraints, requirements and strategic directions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and refine user-centered designs for future HMI solutions. You will design and prototype seamless user experiences in Figma, develop high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts and conduct user testing sessions to translate insights into actionable design improvements.

You will also collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to ensure that design intent is successfully implemented. The role includes contributing to the continued development of ADAS-related functions and user experiences, while working proactively in a Lean Agile environment and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• You have a university degree in Interaction Design, Technical Design, Industrial Design or equivalent.
• You have extensive experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer or UI Designer.
• You have proven experience from the automotive industry, including HMI, Human Machine Interface, development.
• You have experience working with and designing interfaces related to ADAS, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems.
• You have strong proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• You have strong skills in user testing and gathering user insights.
• You can work independently, drive design initiatives and take ownership of deliveries.
• You have experience working in Lean Agile environments.

• You have experience with Android Automotive systems.
• You have proven ability to deliver user-centered designs in fast-paced development environments.
• You have knowledge and experience of ADAS L2/L2++, which is highly valued.
