Assignment Description

We are looking for a senior Service Designer to shape how services should function throughout the complete journey and help develop future operating models within a complex initiative involving business, technology and operational processes. The work includes gathering insights from users and relevant stakeholders, refining personas, mapping how services are delivered, identifying gaps in existing knowledge and prioritizing user and business needs.

You will collaborate with different functions to coordinate people, processes and technology. The role requires the ability to make complex systems understandable, establish clarity and keep users’ needs central to the work.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive senior-level and broad experience in service design.
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to create agreement among business, process and product stakeholders regarding relevant priorities and roadmaps.
• Proficiency in the tools and methods used within service design.
