Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive process improvement and collaboration within Production IT. The role focuses on creating clear structures, governance and aligned ways of working across OAS and SAP-related processes.

You will work across business, production and IT to analyze and improve end-to-end processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and translate business needs into clear process and system requirements. You will also define workflows, roles and responsibilities, facilitate workshops and support alignment between key stakeholders.

Working closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, SAP specialists and business representatives, you will contribute to digital transformation through process optimization, data-driven improvements and the use of AI to enhance automation, workflows and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• You have proven experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex organizations.
• You have solid experience with SAP and SAP-enabled business processes.
• You have strong skills in business process analysis, process mapping and workflow design.
• You have experience facilitating workshops and managing multiple stakeholders.
• You are comfortable working across both business and IT environments.
• You have excellent English communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• You have experience in production, manufacturing or industrial IT environments.
• You have knowledge of OAS-related processes and governance.
• You have experience with AI-driven process improvements and workflow automation.
• You are familiar with Lean, Agile or continuous improvement methodologies.
