Assignment description
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst to support an ongoing HR system transformation.
In this role, you will contribute to the design, alignment and implementation of project-driven changes and help translate business requirements into clear, standardized and harmonized processes that support both strategic objectives and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the transformation journey, from requirements gathering and impact analysis to process design, documentation, testing, rollout and stabilization. A key part of the assignment is to structure and clarify business needs while maintaining a clear distinction between business requirements, solution design and technical implementation.
The role also includes supporting change activities and helping embed new ways of working into processes to enable sustainable adoption across the organization.
Your responsibilities include gathering, documenting and maintaining business requirements for the new HR solution, translating requirements into future-state processes and workflows, supporting process analysis and impact assessments, and ensuring that process documentation remains accurate, structured and up to date.
You will also support testing, implementation readiness, user and administrator documentation, rollout and stabilization activities, and contribute to aligning business requirements and processes across relevant stakeholder groups.
