Assignment Description

We are looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Technical Lead to drive AI and automation across Data Center, Network, Cyber Security and End User Services. You will own the roadmap, architecture and delivery while leading engineers and actively building production-ready solutions.

The role includes developing AI assistants, agents, self-service workflows and automation using Generative/Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, MCP/A2A and modern orchestration frameworks. You will work with platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, ServiceNow and Ansible, supported by Python, PowerShell, APIs, Terraform/IaC, CI/CD and cloud-native technologies.

You will also drive AIOps, observability and self-healing capabilities, including intelligent incident management, event correlation and automated remediation. A key responsibility is ensuring secure and governed AI through guardrails, RBAC, data protection, human approval, auditability and cost optimization.

The goal is to reduce manual work and tickets, improve recovery and self-service, strengthen operational security and deliver measurable efficiency and cost savings.

Required Qualifications:

• You have a strong background in enterprise automation, AI, platform or infrastructure engineering.
• You have proven experience taking POCs into secure, supportable production.
• You have hands-on experience with Python/PowerShell, Ansible, APIs, Git and IaC.
• You have experience integrating enterprise platforms across infrastructure, security, workplace and service management.
• You have technical leadership experience and can communicate complex technology in clear business language.
• You have a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• You have Microsoft Azure, AI, Security, Microsoft 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.
• You have AI-103, AI-300 or equivalent Azure AI engineering capability.
• You have Red Hat Ansible and/or ServiceNow certifications.
• You have experience with ITIL, AIOps, SRE, FinOps and/or enterprise architecture.
