Assignment description

For this role we are looking for a Business Analyst. The responsibilities in the role will be to be part of the whole process, from identifying a need to writing and refining requirements for the solution and help with defining the future service catalogue for Customer Service. The role also includes close collaboration with representatives from the business side to write and refine requirements as well as facilitate workshops with the client’s Nordic reference group.

Requirements:

• Experience from business analysis and requirement management
• Good spoken and written English
• Good communication skills in cooperation with both other internal teams and external vendors

Nice to have:

• Experience in User Experience design
• Experience in Greenfield software development
• Experience using Confluence and JIRA
• Previous experience from the financial sector

The assignment is placed in the clients office in Helsingborg with possibility to work remote if the profile is promising.
