Assignment description

In this role you will support the Head of Platforms with evolving the agile organisation, including forums, processes, and working methods in the area. You will also understand priorities, set requirements, and define a roadmap for the client’s platform capabilities in collaboration with the Head of Platforms and the team.

Other responsibilities:

• Plan and follow up on the day-to-day work, make sure that the team is focusing on the right tasks
• Work closely with the other product managers to build the necessary collaboration model to ensure optimized access to resources – in both IT and Analytics
• Coordinate with stakeholders and relevant teams in other parts of the company
• Support the business stakeholders to deliver clear and well-defined targets to enable efficient development and delivery of the Data Platform products and services

Requirements:

• 2+ years of formal/informal leadership experience from an IT organisation, working in close collaboration with Analytics organisations
• Experience in defining and driving an agile product delivery roadmap with Product Managers / Owners and coaching them through a growth phase
• Genuine interest in the Data and Data Engineering domain, as well as an ability to translate stakeholder strategy into analytics initiatives and tasks
• Good balance of IT knowledge and business expertise
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
• Previous experience using agile tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Previous experience working with analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI or similar

In addition to these requirements it is advantageous if you have previous experience from banking/finance/insurance industry and proven experience/certification as an Agile Coach, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

This assignment requires that you are onsite at the office in Stockholm at least three days a week.
