Assignment description

In this role you will report to the Procurement Manager of Central Category Management Customer & Energy Solutions and work together with Category Managers and strategic buyers within the Direct/Central categories Solar, Hydrogen, EV-charging, Marketing & Communication and Finance. The categories are characterized by the need to balance speed and adaptability with the client’s global procurement processes and to coordinate supply chains between different BA’s. The Procurement team is a cross-BA, cross-market team with a broad responsibility handle sourcing of hardware to logistics, installation.

A successful candidate needs to collaborate well with other colleagues from same or different departments, adopt an agile way of working and show ability to handle a complex organisation and projects.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• EPCI clarification meetings
• PQQ process EPCI suppliers
• Electrolyser evaluation and support with ongoing tender activities
• Water Desalunation RFQ – coordinate and submit contract to Mercell
• Fuel Cell RFQ set up in Mercell (incl. all appendices)

Requirements:

• At least University/Collage Education
• +5 years of relevant work experience, including large international sourcing projects, preferable in Renewable Energy area or otherwise energy or heavy industry

• Hydrogen procurement activities
• Agile management
