Assignment description
As a Digital Key PM, your primary role is to oversee and coordinate various aspects of our client’s Digital Key (DK) solutions for customer vehicles. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders, emphasizing collaboration and efficiency.
In the role, you will collaborate with various customer departments and delegate tasks as needed.
Key responsibilities:
- CCC Compliance and Timelines: Ensure all customer vehicles meet industry-standard CCC compliance
- Supplier Management: Maintain contacts with suppliers related to phones, in-car hardware, and platform components
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact for all organizational stakeholders, delegating tasks, and sharing information effectively
- Future Vision: Participate in shaping the future direction of their Digital Key solutions
- Business Alignment: Establish necessary agreements and partnerships to support their DK solutions
- Documentation Management: Keep customer-facing documentation updated, including user manuals and training materials
- Customer-Facing Content: Prepare content for customer tools such as Apple Wallet
- Cybersecurity: Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to analyze and enhance security measures
- PKI Interaction: Engage with PKI suppliers to establish trust chains and certificate management
- Internal Engagement: Collaborate with various internal teams, including Fleet and Digital departments
- Technical Competence: Develop in-house expertise in CCC/DK solutions for customer vehicles (PS3+)
Deliveries:
- Drive the above workstreams to meet project timelines, aligning with Google, Apple, Huawei, and automotive program requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to software teams for both legacy and CCC DK solutions
Competence requirements:
- Proficiency in program/project management and relevant tools
- Technical leadership skills
- Knowledge of software and automotive architectures
- Cybersecurity expertise
