Assignment description 

We are looking for a Technical Solution Architect with the hands deep in the development and specification of new and existing solutions. You have to be experienced with SAP/ ERP (Senior Specialist) with deep knowledge of integrations.

In essence this is about to secure our client’s delivery within one of their most critical areas. There is a need for a senior expert ERP competence with deep knowledge to ensure that you can be productive from day one The scope is covering Financial/Indirect purchasing and OTD/OTC flows in SAP as well as design of integrations.

Digital Finance and purchasing processes supports all Financial/IDP and OTD/OTC processes on a global level for all customer’s markets. You will deliver new market implementation in corporation with additional customer Product Areas as well as new additional initiatives and operations.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Participate in the implementation and launches of financial flows for the customer Globally
• Participate in the implementation and launches of IDP for the customer Globally
• Participate in the implementation and launches of order to delivery/ order to cash for the customer Globally
  • Translate gather business requirements to technical solutions supporting all financial flows/IDP and OTD/OTC
  • Test and verify integration and financial flows/IDP/OTC/OTD
  • Lead and take responsibility for areas of fit/gap analysis of issues and problems in Digital Finance and purchasing Backlog
  • Lead high level design on gaps

You will also support the Digital Finance and Purchasing with:

• Global deliveries based up on S4 applications from business requirement gathering and analysis, through customizing and deployment done by internal and external resources
• Support pre-studies within Finance/IDP based on customer’s application landscape
• Identify and understand business needs, define, prepare the delivery of digital solutions to meet those needs
• Support the establishment of long term strategies and tactical road maps in collaboration with the Finance/IDP/OTD/OTC Cluster
• Continuously seek improvement and efficient solutions and operations together with other customer’s functional teams and partners
• Contribute to the evolution of the digital organization
• Have a failure fast belief by driving innovation and out-side the box thinking within digital
• Support the Digital Finance and Purchasing team in implementing new markets
• Support all other initiatives with financial impact that will span cross current and new markets
• Assist in operations

Competence requirements:

• Deep knowledge of SAP (S4/ARIBA) (Expert Seniority)
• Deep knowledge of Integration design (Expert Seniority)
• +10 years’ experience in above capabilities and business knowledge
• Deep knowledge within Order to cash
• Being able to work with several interdependent and independent stakeholders
• Experience from working with Kyriba, Workday, Thomson Reuters (not necessary but meritorious), Jira or similar tools covering epics, user stories and requirements management
• At least +10 years of experience within Digital Finance and purchasing (i.e. 5-10+ years of supporting ERP projects in a global environment or eqvivalent
