This is the team that coordinate and facilitate different activities across several agile teams the company as well as with customers in order to deliver safety critical software according to customer expectations. The team members have extensive experience of software development and the team is part of the System & Features team

Your responsibilities and daily tasks:

In collaboration with your team, you will engage in the analysis, coordination, and facilitation of intricate challenges that involve multiple teams. Here are some specific tasks you will be responsible for:

• Undertake Software Lead activities to coordinate and harmonize software integration and delivery
• Assist Customer Program Managers in technical discussions and planning
• Provide technical support to Agile Release Trains, aiding in their discussions and planning
• Spearhead solutions for technical obstacles spanning across Agile Release Trains and involving multiple external stakeholders
• Facilitate alignment on dependencies related to integration and delivery
• Play a pivotal role in supporting and facilitating configuration management
• Contribute to the organization’s recognition in both technical and process-related areas

The ideal candidate likely possesses a background as a highly skilled and enthusiastic Software Engineer, possibly with experience as a Software Lead, technical Release Train Engineer, or similar roles. Knowledge and experience in System Design and Verification are highly desired. As an individual, you exhibit a positive and entrepreneurial, hands-on problem-solving mindset.
