Assignment description
Are you ready to join our customer as the ongoing PLM Program as one of the leaders in the program taking lead of the Solution / technical teams? Through transition lead the teams into a transition into a more agile and SAFe way of working to secure proper process, competence and system support to continue the PLM portfolio deliveries in maintenance/steady state organization.
Tasks:
- Initially lead the operational work in the PLM ART including planning, decisions, prioritization, budget etc
- Through transformation to improve self-ongoing teams to drive the operational work themselves
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, like PI planning, retrospectives
- Help identify and mitigate dependencies and risks within the ART
- Coach solutions teams, scrum masters and product management in the agile mindset
- Ensure release quality and timely deliveries (of new and enhanced business capabilities) – Closely collaborate with change management to secure business & organizational change is efficient and precise
- Actively participate and drive process and method improvements within the portfolio (improve the flow)
- Support the portfolio manager in portfolio backlog prioritization Secure system/tech team capabilities for CI/CD process & tools
Required skills:
- Passionate about Agile/Scrum/SAFe, evangelist/agilist
- Precious experience of Release management in a large scale system
- Experience from IT system development
- Eexperience from Continuous Integration & Delivery
- Experience and skills in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) concepts and paradigm details
- Good user skills in Azure DevOps
- Workshop and meeting facilitation skills
- Excellent coordination skills including ability to see patterns in behaviour/team dynamics
- Motivating, team builder, positivity creator, can-do attitude
- Planning and estimation skills
- Ability to synthesize information to form bigger picture, holistic mindset, to see dependencies/inconsistencies, systems thinker
- Experience from working with virtual teams, global teams, different cultures
