Are you the Product Owner that our customer is searching for? Within this role you will develop and implement strategies to translate business needs into feasible and acceptable data & analytics designs. Also define, implement and track performance metrics related to the People Analytics products to ensure continual optimization and stable performance. You will need knowledge of HR Data Domains, including employee records, organizational structures, compensation data etc.
Collaborate closely with HR teams, Data Engineers and other relevant stakeholders to understand their requirements, pain points and objectives
Create and maintain a product roadmap for People Analytics solutions, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and urgency
Co-lead the development of an HR data mesh, including the design of dimensional databases to meet business needs
Act as Tech lead for the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive within the HR domain
Enforce data governance policies and guidelines for HR data used for People Analytics purposes to secure the integrity of data sets
Ensure HR data is handled securely and in compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies
Academic degree within Software Engineering, Computer Science (or similar)
At least 5 years of experience from Data Analytics and/or Master Data Management
Experience in working with data base design and modelling, mainly UML and SQL
Familiarity with data governance principles and data protection regulations
Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams
Effective communication and the ability to convey the value of People Analytics and HR data mesh to stakeholders are crucial
