Customer to us is looking for a Product Manager within HRIS Platform Successfactor for their HXM team. The HXM team works mainly with the global HRIS platform (Successfactors) and its extensions, but as source for the master data also acting as the hub for integrated systems. Module experience EC, ECP, Onboarding, Performance&Goals, Opentext/Docusign, Compensation, Time, Succession&Development.

You should have experience of successful global implementations of Successfactor and as Senior Leader be able to handle demanding stake holders and motivate your delivery team to maximize the value delivery.

The Product Manager is responsible to ensure the run service, continuous improvement and delivery of new functionality as well as improving the internal way of work.

They work agile and together with the team you will be responsible to improve the governance and support model to continuously match their HR operating model.
