Our customer is seeking a Sub-Project Manager to join their DORA PM Core team, providing additional leadership and coordination skills across various streams.
DORA revolves around digital operational resilience, adopting an end-to-end approach that encompasses third-party service providers delivering IT and communication services. It is harmonized to adhere to detailed EU requirements applicable across the financial sector.

Key objectives:
- Focus on Critical or Important Functions (CIF)
- Define and implement an ICT Risk Management framework, incorporating policies, instructions, guidelines, and a defined set of internal capabilities in controls, governance, processes, people & competence, and tools
- Set and understand scope, identifying Functions, ICT assets, Information assets, third parties including sub-contractors, and dependent functions and platforms
- Co-create and perform Business Continuity Management (BCM) across the bank based on various scenarios
- Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Develop response and recovery plans
- Testing of implemented plans
- Manage additional rules, information, and contractual obligations of the company’s third parties delivering ICT services.
- Adapt IT capabilities, including new reporting capabilities
- Leading and coordinating the third-party stream, which includes 6-7 substreams, each with an internal coordinator
- Leading and coordinating the IT delivery stream through our agile teams and tribes, ensuring cross-coordination and focus
Demanding requirments:
- Ability to lead the work and take delivery responsibility beyond the ”line role” to optimize
- Demonstrates the ability to be proactive and self-driven
- Additionally, comfortable working independently and not afraid to take initiative when working solo
- Work and communicate on all levels of the organizations and across organizations
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of banking and finance, including awareness of regulatory initiatives within the industry
- Direct experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- You should have a track record of developing and implementing BCM frameworks, conducting BIAs, and creating BCPs
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is essential
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in Swedish and English is required
