Assignment description

Role & tasks:

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience creating a technical vision for the SAP IS-U Sales Processing module to meet the specific needs.
• Proficiency in designing solutions for integrating SAP IS-U Sales Processing with other SAP modules (e.g., Billing, Customer Service) and external systems to ensure a seamless end-to-end solution. Moreover, proficiency in providing roadmaps for these proposed solutions.
• Ability to evaluate business requirements and design solutions to address unique business requirements within the IS-U Sales Processing framework, amongst others via custom developments and enhancements.
• Strong skills in developing comprehensive test plans, ensuring the thorough testing of SAP IS-U Sales Processing configurations to guarantee system reliability and performance.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP IS-U Sales Processing during both the implementation phase and ongoing support, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem resolution.
• Proficiency and extensive experience in collecting business requirements, understanding client’s needs and creating solution proposals, taking the business along in the process to steer for supported decisions
• Proficiency in analyzing and mapping data requirement and create data model optimized for the business and data processes
• Strong team coordination capabilities for taking along all required stakeholders to deliver the required solutions. This includes strong communications skills, expectation management and fostering collaboration.

Must have:

• Extensive hands-on experience with successful track record in low level SAP IS-U design, specializing in Sales Processing for utilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP IS-U solutions, coupled with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Nice to have:

• Possession of relevant SAP certifications, showcasing ongoing commitment to learning and expertise in IS-U Sales Processing.
• Knowledge of utilities industry dynamics, including regulatory frameworks, offering valuable insights during SAP implementations.
• Experience in integrating SAP IS-U Sales Processing with external systems, enhancing overall solution efficiency.
