Our client’s team in Operations consists of around 20 experienced leaders with a variety of tasks. Their overall mission is to optimize the use of the new platform SPA2 for Autonomous Drive, controlling the vehicles 6 degrees of freedom and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems by delivering world-class Pilot Assist, vehicle energy & motion control and a remarkable Autonomous Driving customer experience. Their objective in Operation is to add focus on continuously improving business operations and customer satisfaction.
They are taking the lead in setting the strategic business plan/roadmap for their solution, driving the launch plan and hold interface to Plants. They create clarity around how their products are perceived by our customers and collect defects from customers and drive resolution.

As a Project Leader Quality/Senior Quality Engineer within SVA Current Car CMQ team you will be scooping and analyzing upcoming quality concerns in your area including handling / analysis of returned field material in an agile, and presently Scrum way for the global CMQ area for SVA. During part you will time take personal responsibility to work on some of the most difficult/important tasks found to trouble their customers.

• Drive for ERA (Emergency Containment Actions), ICA (Interim Containment Action) and PCA (Permanent Corrective Action) to secure Product and Process
• Lead Top and Critical Concern resolution. Work through cross-functional networks

To fit the profile:

• Quality is a high focus area so you need to have sense of urgency
• An understanding of product development and software is essential
• Technical university background and also an interest and engagement in problem solving
• Enjoy working with others and have a high ability to communicate both verbally and in writing both in English and Swedish
• Analytical and structured and have experience working with quality resolution
• Not afraid to take lead for a task or be a meeting organizer
• Good knowledge of different production methods is meritorious
