Assignment description

Our client is looking for a Solution Architect to Digital Finance with focus on the Product Costing area where the calculation, tracking and forecasting of all costs incurred when creating a product or a service.
Knowledge in business area Product Costing or related business domains is needed, e.g. consolidation, group reporting, and legal accounting. Since data is the main asset for reporting, simulations and automation, experience in the Data & analytics area is of high value.

Responsibility:

• Design, modify and test technical architecture
• Understand the business processes, and how the application supports the business processes, and apply this knowledge into solution designs
• Provide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices, business processes and application functionality
• Leading architecture discussions and design sessions
• Research the current technologies at the company and propose future solutions
• Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have
• Provide continuous updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams

Qualification:

• Proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar role
• Have deep understanding of system architecture and design including patterns, reliability and scalability
• Strong knowledge in data driven design and data analytics
• Knowledge in IT platforms using Java, SQL, MongoDB, Azure, Kafka, Angular/React, OLAP design and PowerBI are relevant for this assignment
• Some knowledge of SAP is a bonus
• Efficient communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Have experience in designing new modern solutions for operational solutions with high performance
