Assignment description

Our client is now transforming the way they address the continuously evolving and complex cyber security threats and risks. Therefore they are looking for an experienced consultant as acting Enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) Centre of Excellence Lead while long term recruitment for this role is ongoing. They need a strong leader and Identity & Access Management principal that can drive their delivery and future IAM service services portfolio.
You will ensure that core capabilities are in place to manage the identity and access lifecycles in an effective, efficient, and secure way. The company have currently an ongoing IAM transformation project with a roll out of a new IAM platform, as well as their current IAM platforms. You will work to create, coordinate, and manage the overall roadmap for all IAM teams to get a consolidated and prioritised view.

The role involves receiving IAM business request from other teams, and you will coordinate and priorities these activities with the current operations as well with the IAM transformation project.
You will set up and facilitate the IAM Change Request Board, with invited Stakeholders and Cyber Security Managers to get approval for change request and prioritisations for the overall IAM roadmap.
The role also includes maturing and describing their future IAM service portfolio as well as aligning their IAM goals with the overall Cyber Security Tech Centre, Business Tech and the company’s as a whole and that they are aligned with the compliance to policies and regulations.
You will identify and establish market standard KPIs for the overall IAM delivery, as well as define Objective and Key Results for the different teams to align to for the overall delivery.

Qualifications:

• Several years’ experience leading similar roles within the Enterprise IAM space, preferably within retail or e-commerce
• Strong leadership skills, and you excel at stakeholder management collaboration across business units and teams
• Ability to practice creative and critical thinking by adding ideas and solutions to ongoing challenges with outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving thinking

Skills needed:

• Have a track record of successful IAM deliveries in complex and large environments, both operations and change programs/projects
• Have experience from overseeing IAM/IGA solutions in an enterprise environment and driving IAM process change and implementation activities.
• Ability to drive and catalyst the creation, maintenance, and enforcement of policies and procedures to ensure effective provisioning, de-provisioning, and entitlements of identities and accesses
• A security mindset and general knowledge around security concepts to go with it
• Experienced leader that understands team dynamics and lead without the formal staff responsibility
• Have top-notch collaboration and communications skills
• Holding a relevant certification is beneficial: CISSP, CISM, CompTia Security+, Identity Management Institute (IMI) certifications
