Our client is running a cloud transformation where CIO has established a Cloud Transformation Initiative to support this journey. Within this initiative the client are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Transformation Roadmap and Requirements Project Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a cloud transformation roadmap for the company’s cloud transformation initiative. As a Consultant you will work closely with key Stakeholders to identify and prioritize cloud transformation projects, and manage the requirements for cloud services.
In the Cloud Transformation Initiative you will gather requirements, identify Stakeholders and compile this to set the future state for the roadmap to transform into a cloud delivery and capability ready organization.
You will need to understand regulations, trends and capacities needed to adhere in order to deliver a complete set of structured requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a cloud transformation roadmap that aligns with the bank’s overall cloud transformation strategy
• Work with key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and manage cloud transformation requirements and capabilities
• Manage the requirements funnel for cloud services, ensuring alignment of capabilities, deliveries and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that cloud transformation initiative roadmap and plans are aligned, anchored and committed
• Communicate progress and status update resources, organization, Stakeholders and management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in business process adherence to requirements and cloud delivery within bank and financial institutions
• Deep technical understanding of the Cloud service delivery model and organizational requirements of a Cloud Transformation
• Experience from Cloud Architectural Strategy and development
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in the banking industry
• Experience from working with Cloud Service Providers and strategic transformations
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on cloud transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience from cloud transformation in bank and financial institutions
• Speak and writes Swedish and English
