Assignment description

Our client is looking for a Team Lead to manage and provide effective guidance the Business Architect Team in the NG PLM Program. You will be responsible for managing and motivating the team members on a daily basis.

Tasks:

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Plan and coordinate use of resource in the Business Architect team Support PM in planning and establishment of Way Of Working
• Work close with Lead Architect, align on WoW and tasks
• Work close with Test Manager, align on BA’s work needed in test and WoW Secure the follow up of the BA-deliverables and facilitate the progress report to PM
• Organize and facilitate Team Meetings and workshops with SME´s representing different divisions within the company
• Support Business Architects (Business Analysis work)
• Act as Point of Contact against other projects in the program, e.g. the Business Change and the Solution Creation Team
• Drive collaboration and WoW

Required skills:

• As a Team Lead, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills needs to be excellent
• You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration
• Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve the program goals
