Our clients Display team belongs to Interior Room where they develop the Displays, Switches, IP, Tunnel and door panels. The Display teams is now looking for a Lead Engineer for their development project. The team consist of members with competence within lead engineering, test, software and hardware with a clear ambition to work cross-functional.
They need talented people onboard. People with passion, energy, and the drive to deliver good products for their customers.

What you will do:

• Work as a Lead Engineer for development teams
• Lead and align the cross-functional engineering effort to meet time, technical and cost targets for displays
• With many interfaces, this is a demanding but rewarding position
• Play a crucial role in building the new team oriented culture
• Have a close collaboration with the Product Owner, Engineering manager

You need:

• A degree of Master Science or Bachelor Science in electrical or computer science, or equivalent technical training
• Documented project leader skills
• More than 5 years of experience from working within Automotive
• Experience from Hardware development is meritorious
• Experience from Software development is meritorious
