Our client in the car manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced Data Researcher to join their newly established Digital Workplace Experience team.
What you’ll Do:
As the Experience Data Researcher, you focus on establishing the user experience metrics in relevant processes surrounding our digital workplace; hardware, software applications, collaboration tools, operating systems and online/onsite support. You drive research, gather and interpret data, leveraging our methods and tools to enable a good end-user experience for the people at the company. You will explore and define experience metrics based on both tech and sentiment values, map how to collect and properly assess data. Extract information from unstructured sets of data and discover the gaps where we need to collect feedback. Ultimately support in gathering and analyzing data, creating reports and recommend solutions based on information captured. Your influential, collaborative attitude aligns and supports teams to engage in research methods. You demonstrate broad experience in end-user/consumer data analytics and can take lead to communicate the principles of data-informed experience, as well as deliver in a hands-on manner.

You have prior experience with large organizations and complex projects. You are outcome oriented and a trusted partner to people at all levels of the organization, and you actively contribute to stakeholder’s objective and delivery. You thrive in collaborating towards common ambitions, together uncovering user needs through collected data and inputs to improve the user journeys across the company. You have great communication skills and ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner. With good understanding of psychology and human behavior, you interpret user actions and
reactions with confident.
Who you are:
10 years of data research/analytics or related experience is preferred, including skills in leading and coordinating digital and/or consumer experience initiatives. Background from consumer experience research and analytics is valuable, in combination with good
understanding in end-user experience.
Not only are you curious and inquisitive, you have a structured approach to gather tech data as well as tap into people’s tech needs, wants and habits, and translate them into findings. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
