Our client is in seeking a Strategic Transformation Lead for Digital Manufacturing.

In this role you will take lead for defining MES/MOM solutions and capabilities for strategic initiatives within the manufacturing domain at VCC and to ensure global solutions become adopted practices in the VCC manufacturing community.

The role is key to successful manufacturing solution deliveries by defining MES/MOM visions & concepts, ensuring it is aligned with key business stakeholders as well as the Global Manufacturing Digital product organisation.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with business stakeholders and process owners to identify the future business needs for strategic initiatives
• Define the solution concepts & capabilities that supports the strategic business direction
• Act as business owner and collaborate closely with the product organization to ensure acceptance criterias are understood and to support a timely delivery of solutions
• Secure the wanted outcome by advocating and spreading the developed capabilities in the global VCC manufacturing community
