Assignment Description

Our client is looking for a Solution Architect/Project Manager/Technical Project Lead to join their team in Stockholm.

This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and project management skills to implement our new internal communication platform LumApps. You will belong to Tech Center Core Platform and reside under the Unit Services together with PMO and other Project Managers.

You are expected to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring a common understanding of project objectives and timelines.

You will work in close collaboration with our Business Owner, Program Manager and Platform Owner but also many more stakeholders and Business Tech Units.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements and pain points
• Lead the work in designing scalable and efficient solutions, considering factors such as user experience, security, and integration with existing systems.
• Develop and present architectural designs, emphasizing the value proposition and alignment with business goals.
• Define technical project scope that aligns with business objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with Program Manager
• Gather project plan (e.g., timeline, resource allocation and budget estimates) from the involved (tech) teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical deliveries.
• You will be key in driving cross-collaboration (IT, HR etc.) to ensure a common understanding of project objectives, requirements, timeline and challenges
• Identify, assess, and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• You will be responsible to make that all tech teams performed test for their deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of digital workplace technologies, such as collaboration tools, communication platforms, and productivity applications.
• Previous experience in implementation of CMS platforms
• ProficientM365, Azure AD and IAM
• Proficient technical knowledge across a range of digital technologies, software, networking, and cloud-based solutions
• Experience with integrations between different SaaS platforms
• Required cloud certification: AZ-900
