Assignment Description

Our client is looking for a Solution lead RTR to join their team remotely.

You will be developing the Digital R2R Roadmap together with business Together with SI, driving process design topics together with business process experts Improving already established processes together with process experts and business operations Evaluating new SAP solutions together with architects & business Safeguarding our client’s vision of keeping SAP standard and contribute with your SAP experience on design topics related to R2R.

Required skills:

• You have worked with SAP Finance for at least 15 years
• You have experience from successful delivery of SAP transformation programs/projects
• You have deep functional understanding of SAP Finance, both in design & configuration
• You have deep understanding of Core Data Objects in SAP You have leadership skills, being a good role model where you put the team in focus
• You are self-motivated with a strong focus on deliver business value
• You are well organized
• You have strong influencing skills and can navigate in a complex and matrixed organization
• You are an excellent communicator in English, whether it be in words or in writing
• Strong team working and collaboration skills
• Experience in working in agile environments
• Experience working with global initiatives and complex programs
• Strong business competence E2E-process RTR (Record to Report)
• Deep understanding of accounting & financial closing
• Finance Master Data Finance Operational Reporting (IFRS & Overall understanding of US GAAP & Local GAAP)
• Business Process Design using BPMN/Solman
• Ability to communicate and discuss
• Strategically & together with business create
• Digital Roadmaps which are value driven and according to business expectations
• Strong demonstrated technical competence SAP Finance, Asset Management, Closing, SAP Bank Integrations, Inventory Reconciliation SAP Account Receivables & SAP Accounts Payable
• Good demonstrated technical competence S/4-HANA (Core) SAP Treasury & Cash Management
• Overall understanding of ERP in general, process & solution dependencies SAP Analytical capabilities Authorizations,
• Roles related to Finance & good understanding of Internal Control & SoD Strong technical demonstrated competence of SAP in general High-level
• Process design & using Solman or other equivalent tools for documentation
