Our client is looking for in the automotive industry is seeking an Analysis Engineer.

At Research & Development you will be a key contributor to the next generation outstanding luxury cars from the company. Together with other engineers around the world, you and your team will create innovative human-centric car technology that makes life less complicated and more enjoyable for people.

The group Complete Vehicle Testing today consists of 22 people, including both engineers and technicians. They perform preparation, hardware & software update, analysis and reporting from verification activities of complete vehicle in the area of Durability, Function and Infotainment testing. Testing is performed year-round on Hällered Proving Ground tracks.

As an Engineer in the Complete Vehicle Verification team you will share a common goal with, and collaborate closely with both the company’s skilled vehicle technicians and Test Drivers with daily interactions regarding fault reporting and analysis.
You will have a great opportunity for self-development as well as encouragement to lead improvement initiatives based on data and development of new methods. You will also be encouraged to develop your own network within the company and to run cross-functional initiatives aimed to increase value and efficiency from the complete vehicle testing.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate activities linked to long-term vehicle testing on test tracks
• Technical responsibility for a dedicated vehicle system area and ability to perform a first analysis of identified issues within your area
• Create and handshake fault reports based on analysis of found issues
• Maintain a close collaboration with our skilled technicians and test drivers regarding complete vehicle testing
• Required qualifications
• B.Sc. in Mechatronics, Electronics or similar education
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Swedish Driving license B
• Good skills in Electronics, Control and Automation are meritorious
• Knowledge of measurements and signal processing are meritorious
• Master’s degree within some of the fields mentioned above is meritorious
• Experience from working with data collection and data handling, is meritorious
