Our client is looking for an application specialist with experience in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment. You have a great interest in technology, commitment to creating software and preferably an academic degree. The position requires someone with knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Out-of-box configuration and platform knowledge.

A big part of the job will be to collaborate tightly with Developers, Product Owners and Solution architects in order to deliver world class solutions for all stakeholders of our client. They are looking for a creative, proactive, and ambitious Application Specialist with the main responsibility of Customer Service CRM and Power Pages (PowerApps Portal).

As a D365 Application CRM Specialist, you are an important part of translating business requirements into customizations and management of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite in a global environment. Our client work agile and with continuous improvement of their development process. You have a great interest in technology, driving changes and finding the best possible solutions for their stakeholders and users. You will develop your area of responsibility while always having in mind; people, planet, profit.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Configuration and continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Test, validate & support existing and new deployments to ensure they fill the organization’s needs
  • Work with supporting the end-users of the system by providing help through their ticketing tool.
  • Deliver a user interface that provides intuitive and ease of navigation from start to end with extremely high quality.
  • Configuring with OOB tools, a world-class quality software regards to the requirements.
  • Lead implementation Projects
  • Work with supporting the end-users of the system

 

Requirements:

Examples of techniques used by our client where you should have knowledge in some of these:

  • Azure Portal & Azure Devops
  • Agile development
  • Dynamics CE Out-of-the-box Development/Configuration
  • Microsoft Teams Planner
  • Power Automate

 

It is meritorious if you have experience from:

  • Project Leading
  • ERP knowledge
  • Ticketing system
  • Service and after-sales processes
