Assignment Description

Our client is looking for a Project Leader to join their HIL Solutions team. The HIL Solutions team is responsible for the development of HILs (Hardware in the Loop) and specializes in cutting-edge development methods.

Job Description

For this position, your main task is to lead HIL projects together with our clients’ HIL engineers. You will lead the project and take responsibility for cost, timeline, and the risks connected to each project. You will propose solutions and provide support to define needs connected to the future plans for our customers in the growing area of HIL. You will also be a member of their Test Rig Hotel (TRH) and work closely with their customers who are experienced engineers.

As a Project Leader, you will build and maintain a wide personal network within R&D. You will be able to shape your deliveries and develop your own skills alongside your colleagues. You and Your Skills

• Education in project leading and understanding in electrical engineering, electric mechanics, or a similar field
• Good general IT knowledge
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Meritorious: Experience in HIL (both HW and SW), HIL build, and work experience in the automotive industry
• Personal qualities: Communicative, customer-focused team player with the ability to drive change and implementation, and to engage and encourage others.
