Assignment description

Our client is seeking an experienced Delivery/Rollout Lead to play a pivotal role in setting and improving tools and agile practices within their project delivery teams. As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for running the life-cycle of product delivery, recognizing and delivering value. Your role involves planning, forecasting, estimating, prioritizing, measuring, road mapping, and maintaining the health and performance of teams. You will also be crucial in maintaining delivery momentum through risk management, problem-solving, and escalation.

Additional Requirement:

• Coaching and Mentorship: Ability to coach and mentor teams for the application of appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques, with a focus on continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Responsibilities:

• Take an active role in project scoping and iteration planning, tracking and reporting project status.
• Product backlog management.
• Manage close relationships with stakeholders at the highest quality level, and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
• Support and manage communication between the team and all relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on identifying improvement and growth areas.
• Coach and mentor teams (and others) to apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques.
• Manage all aspects of delivery to meet the highest quality standards, including product, UI/UX, code quality, software development cycle, and relevant processes.

Education and experience:

• 3+ years of experience in leading products/projects.
• Experience in leading teams and processes.

Key skills and position requirements:

• Project and Product Management: Experience in product scoping, roadmap and release planning, prioritization, and backlog management.
• Agile Methodology: Proficient in agile methodology and frameworks.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership and Organizational Skills: Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English.
• Strategic Alignment: Experience in building product vision, aligning project value, priorities, and business impact is a big plus.
