Assignment description

We are looking for a Project leader to join our client HIL solutions team.
The HIL solutions team is responsible for HILs (Hardware in the Loop) development, and they are experts in HIL solutions enabling cutting edge development methods. Our client responsibility is to ensure that their internal customers are equipped with right tools.

What you’ll do 
For this position, your main task is to lead HIL-projects together with their HIL engineers. You will lead the project and take responsibility for cost, timeplan and the risks connected to each project. You will propose solutions as well as bring support to define needs connected to the future plans for our client in the growing area of HIL. You will also be a member of their Test Rig Hotel (TRH) and work closely with their customers who are experienced engineers.

As Project leader you will build and maintain a wide personal network within R&D. You will be able to form your deliveries and to develop your own skills together with your colleagues. Requirements:

• Education in project leading
• Understanding in electrical engineering, electric mechanics, or similar fields
• Good general IT knowledge
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Meritorious: Experience in HIL (both hardware and software)
• Meritorious: Experience in HIL build
• Meritorious: Work experience in the automotive industry
