Our client is seeking a .Net (Java) developer – One Engine (OE) download and installation of software updates for their cars.

You will be part of the One Engine Software download team and our client are perhaps working with the most exciting digital product right now, i.e. enabling upgrade of cars over the air, cable and Wi-Fi anywhere, anytime.
Today there are one team working in the product, situated in Gothenburg. The product team, based in Gothenburg, emphasizes collaboration, co-creation, and a warm and inclusive team culture. While most work is done in the office, there is also an option for a balanced on-site and work-from-home arrangement. They make sure they have a warm and inclusive team culture mixed with personal development and many of them stay in the company for a long time either taking on larger responsibility in a product or expand into the ART or elsewhere in the company.

What you’ll do
In the OE team you will be part of an agile environment where you as a developer are empowered to bring requirements all the way from the reviewing stage to production ready functionality, while also working with code reviews and setting up plans for how to architect their code to have top notch quality and allow for quick changes.

Do you fit the profile?

• Fully fluent in both backend and frontend development with a primary focus on .Net/C# (Java is a bonus)
• Enjoy solving complex technical problems
• Able to build scalable and well-performing solutions
• Experience working with databases such as Mongo and Cosmos
• Familiarity with UX/UI
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledgeable in Kubernetes, Typescript, Azure Cloud Services, and Angular
• Understanding of agile team principles
• Beneficial to have experience with: Direct client management, Network programming such as TCP/UDP, Vehicle protocols: CAN, CAN-FD, DoIP, UDS, Windows desktop application development in WinUI/WPF
• Demonstrated ability to take requirements and a solid passion for user needs and the user journey
