Assignment Description

We are currently in search of a Project Manager for our client, tasked with planning, driving, and ensuring the success of the Software (SW) improvement project across Engineering. The objective is to establish a unified SW factory and promote a developer-centric Software Way of Working (SW WoW).

Within the Software Engineering Office, our client takes charge of executing comprehensive SW deliveries and activities across Engineering. They manage the program for complete SW and oversee the Software execution plan. The team is dedicated to the execution and operations of software.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Project set-up, planning, and defining milestones.
• Ensure effective feedback channels from the organization and developers.
• Stakeholder and risk management.
• Drive the transformation of mindset throughout Engineering.
