Our client in the fashion industry is seeking a Platform Engineer.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions using Python
• Be the Kubernetes expert, ensuring the seamless deployment and scaling of our Kafka Streaming solution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize data pipelines, analytics platforms, and machine learning models
• Leverage your Kafka knowledge to architect and maintain high-throughput data streaming systems
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within our team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, with a strong background in Python development
• Extensive expertise in Kubernetes, including hands-on experience with container orchestration, scaling, and management
• Bonus points for experience with Kafka, stream processing, and real-time data pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
