Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Data Engineer to accelerate the next step in building our efficient platform for Data Management at a Swedish Bank. The Data Management Platform is based on a tool from Ab Initio. The Platform will enable the Business processes for Data Cataloging, profiling Data Quality, Lineage and Data Governance.

We are looking for a consultant interested in developing the client’s Data Management platform. This includes automatic deployment in the platform and setting up automatic processes enabling efficient way of working with metadata. You will be connecting metadata from and between different systems to make it available to different users. You will use the different capabilities within the platform, i.e. lineage, profiling and Data Quality.

Qualifications:

• Linux competence
• DevOps experience: installation and configuration, CI/CD, automated processes and script
• YAML/Ansible
• Experience of Java and/or C#
• Onboarding of source systems using the database connectors in Ab Initio
• Type Script
• General it knowledge: understand the Data landscape with different sources (Data lakes, Databases etc) and IT Security
• Technical experience from working with creating lineage and Data Quality
