We are currently searching for a Project Manager/Coordinator for our client.
Our client is currently working towards the objective to increase data quality in their CMDB to provide an enhanced view of the IT landscape to create benefits for ITSM processes such as:
Provide one single truth of data providing opportunities for enhanced collaboration for our client.
Provide a total overview of all relevant configuration items (CI), assets, and their relationships.
An overview of how the IT landscape is connected.
Increased possibilities to identify risks and improvements.
Increased possibilities to support the different processes in ITSM with informative information that will limit manual work. This will be accomplished by implementing the ServiceNow module ITOM and the related organizational processes to support their Global Infrastructure & Security, Service Management Team.
Standard IT project management tasks such as handling scope, budget, schedule, risks, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, or related area of study.
5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of products or services.
Experience in managing delivery of customer-facing and internally facing products or services.
PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with industry-standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software programs.
Experience from large global IT Infrastructure environments.
Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation.
Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong grasp of current communication, project tracking, budget management technologies.
Excellent meeting, workshop, and conference facilitation skills, with proven knowledge of how to foster attendee participation and collaboration.
Knowledge and experience of with different project management frameworks, including waterfall and agile.
Solid technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle.
Knowledge and experience related to ServiceNow and ITOM is beneficial but not mandatory.
