Assignment Description

We are looking for a Test Manager to develop, plan, and lead our client’s test activities, as well as performing hands-on System testing. The role is full-time on-site at our client’s office in Gothenburg.

The role will be central within their Product Development organization, working with several different development teams. You will work with multiple projects to take over and continue to develop the test strategy and test plan.

Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement a robust test strategy for integrated solutions, considering hardware, embedded software, and external software components.
• Test Planning: Work closely with project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to create detailed test plans that cover all aspects of integrated solutions.
• Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance on testing methodologies, best practices, and ensuring a collaborative and innovative testing environment.
• Test Execution: Oversee the execution of test plans, including functional, performance, and regression testing, with a focus on end-to-end testing of integrated solutions.
• Automation: Together with their Test Automation Engineer, drive the implementation of automated regression testing.
